This structure must be reviewed against Terra Tech’s actual agreements, jurisdiction, risk requirements, and production website before publication.
Draft version: Tera Tech P360 V0.11 · Effective date pending approval
1. Acceptance of these terms
These draft terms are intended to govern use of the Terra Tech Construction website after professional review and production approval. Using the final website would indicate agreement with the approved terms.
The current page is a static implementation draft and is not represented as final legal language.
2. Website information
Website content provides general information about Terra Tech, its approved service categories, customer types, project approach, geographic capability, and contact methods.
Website information does not replace project-specific investigation, plans, engineering, locating, permitting, safety requirements, written estimates, or executed construction agreements.
3. Estimate requests and project review
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a free estimate does not create a contract, guarantee project acceptance, reserve a schedule, establish pricing, or authorize work.
Project acceptance depends on confirmed scope, location, site conditions, licensing requirements, resources, schedule, mobilization, customer responsibilities, and a mutually approved written agreement.
4. Services and geographic availability
Service descriptions identify approved areas of focus. Exact methods, utility types, responsibilities, equipment, restoration, testing, and deliverables must be confirmed for each project.
Nationwide project capability does not mean Terra Tech maintains an office, permanent crew, or confirmed license in every state or jurisdiction.
5. Written agreements control
If Terra Tech accepts a project, the executed estimate, proposal, subcontract, work order, or other written agreement controls the scope, pricing, schedule, responsibilities, warranty terms, change process, payment terms, and project-specific obligations.
General website statements do not modify an executed project agreement.
6. Intellectual property and imagery
The Terra Tech logo, website design, written content, interface elements, and original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Stock imagery used in marketing sections is illustrative and must not be interpreted as evidence of a Terra Tech employee, owned equipment, named customer, or completed Terra Tech project.
7. Acceptable website use
Visitors should not misuse the website, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious content, upload harmful files, impersonate another person or organization, or use website materials in a misleading manner.
8. Third-party services and links
The production website may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting, maps, analytics, email delivery, security, or document storage. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation language
Website information should be provided on an informational basis and may change. Final disclaimer, warranty, and limitation-of-liability language must be prepared or approved by qualified legal counsel for the company’s jurisdiction and business practices.
Nothing on this draft page should be treated as limiting rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law, changes, and contact
The governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, and effective-date provisions must be confirmed with legal counsel before production publication.
